PVC Deep Well Drilling Pipes

In deep wells drilled with the aim of benefiting from underground waters; Deep well drill pipes are used. On top of the use of Closed and Filtered Deep well pipes made of PVC all over the world, special standards have been issued that determine the properties of these pipes.

ÇİFCI Plastik deep well pipes, which have been producing drilling pipes in Turkey since 1996, are manufactured according to TSE (TS 11794 September 1995) standards and suitable materials are used according to TSE 201.

Although pipe weights create an axial stress during lowering into the well, both pipe quality and tooth structure are high enough to meet these loads.
Plastic well pipes should be selected depending on the soil structure.
Since the well pipes produced by Cifci are made of hard PVC, they are resistant to chemical effects such as acids and bases. This ensures continuity, economy and quality in the business.
Cifci plastic deep well pipes are divided into three classes according to their depth of use in normal soils or their compressive strength.
Class pipes are used at 300 m - 500 m depths of deep wells,
Class pipes are used at 100 m - 300 m depths of deep wells,
Class pipes are used at 0 m - 100 m depth of deep wells.

Cifci Rigid PVC Closed and Filtered Deep well pipes; The front and rear ends of the pipes are produced as male and female heads. The male-headed end is externally passable, while the other end is produced with female-headed internal-pass. As you can see in the picture, the threads of the passes are manufactured in trapezoidal form. The reason for this is that they are easy to assemble to each other and countersunk is opened on the female pass for easy insertion of the male head pass into the female-headed part. This ensures a safe and easy connection of the pipe, and no fittings are required.
During carriage attention must be paid for threaded sections not to be subject to dashes.
During storage it must be protected against deforming, sun lighrs and they must be piled on wooden material (It is shown on picture.)
Thread protectors (Plugs) on trapezoidal threaded pipes should not be removed until the pipes are to be used.
Do not use oils such as grease so that the pipe threads can enter easily, water and soap are sufficient.
Do not apply glue to keep the pipe threads well. the adhesive destroys the threads and melts the pipe.
Pump selection should be made considering the inner diameter of the pipes.
Appropriate tools that do not damage the pipes, such as a belt wrench, should be used in the assembly of pipes.
If the pipe is moving slowly down the well, do not bump or shake the pipe, pull it back and release it again, if the pipe does not go down, re-drill your well and then lower the pipe into the well.
Centering springs should be used to keep the pipes upright in the well.
After the pipe touches the bottom of the well, pull it up at least 20 cm and suspend it until the gravel is finished so that the pipe stays upright.
Be careful not to bridge the gravel, especially in silty terrain. If silt comes from the well but the gravel level does not decrease, it means that it has built a bridge. Take quick action and try to feed the gravel. Otherwise, your well will collapse.
